I’ve given people the bodies and strength they couldn’t even imagine.

My goal is to improve the lives of those who enter my life through the way I know best, physical exercise.

Born and raised in Toronto I grew up playing competitive hockey. It was immediately apparent to me the benefits of being strong, fast, and powerful but I never had access to any fitness coaches to help me along the way. Only later in life when I was in university voraciously studying rehab and performance training concepts while working in some of the best athletic facilities renowned both worldwide and in Toronto did I learn the secrets and techniques elite sport coaches use and now I want to bring those to you to help achieve your goals.
